3. Next, in another bowl, stir together the vanilla extract, milk (or your substitute of choice), vinegar, and melted butter. Once these have blended together you can stir these wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in the first bowl.Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
4. When the ingredients appear to be combined, you can transfer the batter into your prepped baking pans. Bake this for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool before frosting.
