Adapted from 375 Meatless Recipes 2 eggs. 1 cup oatmeal, dry. 1 cup ground nuts (I used pecans) ¼ cup milk (I used soy) 1 medium minced onion. 1 tsp salt. ½ tsp sage. 1 Tbsp soy sauce Beat eggs and combine all other ingredients with them.
