Busken Bakery Tea Cookie Recipe

The Tea Cookies we are used to in Cincinnati are not as thick and are a bit larger in diameter. The icing is definitely thick, like the cookies we are used to. The 1/2-inch roll makes the cookie a little too small and thick. Needs to be a little flatter and rounder.
