Combine first 6 ingredients in mixer or food processor. Mix until smooth; set aside. Mix together hot water and espresso granules in a small bowl. Split ladyfingers in half, lenthwise. Quickly dip 20 ladyfinger halves, cut side down, into espresso. Place dipped side down in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.

I was so excited to hear Cooking Light magazine was going back. It is "new and Improved" but not in my opinion. I can go get recipes from a cook book or on line. I loved all the other articles. So beware if buying this subscription. It is just a recipe catalog not the same Cooking Light that I grew to love. Sometimes the old style is better.
