1. Pop the popcorn and put it into a bowl. Make sure there is some extra room in the bowl if possibble. You'll need that room when you toss the popcorn.
2. In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave together the butter and honey, only until melted. Over heat it, and it WILL burn (trust me, I've done it.).
3. Using a regular spoon, drizzle 2 spoonfuls of the butter/honey mixture over the popcorn and toss thoroughly. THIS IS CRUCIAL. Put any more on at once and it won't turn out right.
4. Repeat step three. Most of the mixture will be gone before it seems like you're getting anywhere with this. Be patient, and when the honey/butter is all gone, enjoy:).

How to Make Crème Caramel for Diabetics Easy

2 hours ago Steps to follow: 1. The first step in preparing your homemade crème caramel suitable for diabetic is to heat the milk in a small pot or saucepan …

1. The first step in preparing your homemade crème caramel suitable for diabetic is to heat the milk in a small pot or saucepan without letting it boil. In the ingredients we suggest that milk be skimmed so that the final result is lighter, but it is also possible to replace this with whatever milk you usually have.
2. Meanwhile break the eggs in a bowl to then beat them and add the sweetener of your choice, this may be liquid saccharin, stevia, etc, and also add the vanilla essence. The amount of this last ingredient must be adjusted to your own taste, depending on how intense you want the flavour of your homemade vanilla crème caramel to be.
3. Then start pouring the hot milk into the bowl with the beaten eggs and keep stirring at all times to prevent the eggs from setting. We recommend that you do this with a manual whisk, but if you prefer you can also use an electric one.
4. Once the milk is fully integrated into the mix stop beating it and remove the foam which will have formed on the surface. Then pour the mixture into the mould. You can also use smaller moulds, cups or other containers and you'll have individual puddings.Next you can put the diabetic pudding to set and cook in a bain-marie; you can choose whether to put the pan in the oven using a tray over water or in a pan on the hob.
