Gorgonzola Vinaigrette. A deliciously creamy gorgonzola (Italian blue cheese) vinaigrette. Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup crumbled) 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cooking Directions: Whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined.

Instructions. In a large mixing bowl, add garlic, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Wisk together. Drizzle in the olive oil, whisking vigorously. Keep whisking until the vinaigrette is nicely emulsified. Whisk in the Italian parsley and Gorgonzola. Set aside or refrigerate.
