I found this recipe on a box of Idaho Spuds Mashed Potato flakes and tried it tonight. Absolutely delicious and as simple as can be. Just a few simple ingredients and voila, chicken fit for a king! Did use this recipe, but not a fan of potato flakes,I use potato beads, HUGE can from Walmart, already has butter, don't even have to add salt. Added a little garlic and grated onion.
