2. Next, place the chicken tenders onto the noodles, then top with onions, peppers, tomatoes and green chilies, and extra green chilies.
3. Close the lid, and make sure the valve is set to sealing. Use the manual (pressure cook) button to adjust the time to 5 minutes. After the time is up, allow a 5 minute natural release before opening the valve to release any remaining pressure.
4. Remove the chicken and cut into cubes or shred. Return the chicken to the liner along with the cream cheese and Monterrey Jack cheese. Stir until the cream cheese and Monterrey Jack cheese are both combined. Serve hot!

2. Cover the pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the pressure cook button (mine says “manual”) to 10 minutes on high pressure. When the timer beeps let the pressure release on its own for at least 10 minutes. If you have time do a full natural pressure release. If not, move the valve to “venting.” Remove the chicken and place on a cutting board.
3. Turn the pot to “saute” setting. Put it on the lowest saute setting (mine says “less”). Add in the uncooked spaghetti. Stir every minute or so. It will take about 5 minutes to cook. While the spaghetti is cooking, shred the chicken.
4. When spaghetti is almost cooked stir in the cream cheese and the cheese until it is melted. Stir in the chicken.

1. Saute Aromatics: Set the Instant Pot on SAUTE function & set it on HIGH heat. Add 3 tbsp butter, as the butter begins to melt gently release the onion & garlic and saute them until the Onion begins to turn soft. Add salt according to taste to quicken the process.
