1. In a large bowl, combine sausage, beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, and all seasonings. Work together until throughly mixed.
2. Spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray and roll 1 1/2" meatballs. You can make larger or smaller meatballs as well.
3. Preheat a large pan on medium-high heat and add oil to pan.
4. Brown meatballs on all sides. This will likely take multiple batches to brown all meatballs.
