Italian Nut Balls Recipe

1 c. chopped walnuts. 1 tsp. vanilla. Pinch of salt. Cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Then add all remaining ingredients. Chill for 1/2 hour. Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. While still hot, dip into confectioners' sugar and roll cookies gently.
