CORN SOUFFLE. 1 stick butter. 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix (1 1/2 c.) 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn. 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained. 2 eggs, beaten. 8 oz. sour cream. Mix. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
