If you want to try some fun recipes to keep it a little exciting I say go for it - but if you want maximum results on this than I’d recommend doing the simplest version of this possibly.

Step #4: Make sure you have condiments, sauces & seasonings. Low calorie sauces like ketchup, mustard, salsa, hot sauce, etc. are fine to eat while on Mary’s Mini, and if you are anything like us, you will go through a lot of these.
