2. In a large, buttered non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, gently stir until eggs have reached desired doneness.

The ingredients are listed on McDonald's website, and there are more tomatoes than diced green chilies. Perhaps the test burritos Todd used came from a McDonald's location that made them incorrectly.
