1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the pepper flakes and grate the 3 cloves of garlic into the oil. Saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the spinach and allow it to wilt, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with salt then remove the mixture from heat. Place the spinach mixture in a paper towel and squeeze gently (be careful, it's hot!) to release any excess moisture. Place the spinach in a small bowl and stir in chopped tomatoes and feta cheese. Set aside.
3. Combine balsamic, oil, mustard, rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
4. Slice the tenderloin down the middle lengthwise, leaving just about a 1/2 inch intact on one side. Open the top half and lay it flat. Spread the spinach mixture evenly down the center of the loin. Fold the top half back in place and use butcher's string to tie it together in 3-4 places. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan then smear all sides with the topping.

1. To roast plums: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place plums and 2 rosemary sprigs in an 8-inch-square baking dish. Whisk water, vinegar, 4 tablespoons sugar and peppercorns in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean; add the seeds and bean to the vinegar mixture. Pour the mixture over the plums. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
2. Roast the plums, uncovered, until tender and beginning to break down, 20 to 25 minutes. Discard the rosemary and the vanilla bean. Transfer the plums to a serving platter and cover with foil. Strain the roasting liquid into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook until reduced to 1/2 cup, 6 to 8 minutes. Pour the sauce over the plums; keep warm.
3. To prepare pork: Meanwhile, heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with pepper and salt. Add to the skillet and brown on all sides, 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Transfer the pan to the oven; bake at 400 degrees until an instant-read thermometer registers 155 degrees and the pork has just a hint of pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. (The internal temperature will increase to 160 degrees during resting.) Cut the pork into thin slices and serve with the roasted plums.

1. Combine broth and 2 teaspoons of the garlic in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine garam marsala with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper. Pat meat dry and rub the garam marsala mixture all over both tenderloins. Nestle tenderloins into slow cooker side by side, alternating thicker end to thinner end. Cover and cook until pork is tender and registers 155 degrees, 1 to 2 hours on low.
2. Transfer tenderloins to carving board and tent with aluminum foil. Pour cooking liquid into cup or liquid measure, then return 1 cup liquid back into the slow cooker (You could pour the liquid into a fat separator and let sit for 5 minutes before pouring back into slow cooker, but the fat is so minimal, you won't get much separation). Add the couscous and raisins into liquid. Cover and cook the couscous on high until tender, about 15 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork, then stir in almonds (couscous will seem very dry until you fluff it).
3. For the parsley vinaigrette, whisk oil, parsley, vinegar, and remaining garlic together in a bowl and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Slice tenderloins and transfer to serving platter.
4. Serve with couscous and parsley vinaigrette for pouring over both.

Preheat the oven and an ovenproof skillet. Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius) and heat 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of oil or butter in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. If you do not have an ovenproof skillet, you can use a non-ovenproof skillet to sear the meat.

How do you cook a pork tenderloin in a slow cooker?

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with sliced onions. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over top, turning pork to coat. Spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of roast as possible. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and cook on Low setting, until pork is slightly pink in the center, about 4 hours.

What is the cooking time for a pork tenderloin?

The roasting time for pork tenderloin is 20 to 25 minutes. Because pork tenderloin is a lean cut of meat, it can overcook easily, so the best way to determine when it is done cooking is to check for an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
