Boil for about 15-16 minutes. It is not necessary for the rice to soften too much, as in the hot liquid it will continue to swell up and cook even if removed from the heat. Remove the soup from the heat and thicken it with the beaten yogurt, egg yolks, lemon juice and salt. Serve the mutton leg soup hot. The mutton leg soup is ready.

1. To prepare this amazingly delicious mutton soup recipe, first peel the onion, garlic, and ginger and grind them to a fine paste. Afterwards, put a pan over a low flame and dry roast the gram flour. Stir continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. Once you get a strong fragrance of gram flour, turn off the gas knob and transfer to a bowl. Keep it aside. Now, roughly chop the mutton pieces in a large bowl.
2. For the soup, put a pressure cooker on medium flame and melt butter in it. Then, add the prepared onion-garlic-ginger paste into it, Saute for a minute or till the raw smell goes away. Then, add all the masalas - salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder along with 1/2 cup of water into the pan. Let the masala cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame. Now, in the bowl of mutton meat, add this masala along with roasted gram flour. Mix well. Then, crack open the egg in a bowl and beat using an electric mixer. Marinate for 10-15 minutes and then put it in the same pressure cooker, and cook the mutton for 3-5 whistles. Turn off when done.
3. Finally, put another pressure cooker over medium flame and add 2 cups of water in it along with frozen mixed vegetables, and cornflour. Stir to mix well all the ingredients and close the lid of the cooker. Cook for 2 whistles and then turn off the flame. Let the steam release on its own and mix with the cooked mutton. Let everything simmer on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame. Garnish the Mutton Soup with coriander leaves and serve hot!
