My Fitness Pal Recipe Builder

The recipes features allows you to combine multiple ingredients, so that MyFitnessPal can automatically calculate the correct number of calories and nutrients when you log a serving of that recipe to your diary.

@Ashers783 I make a lot of BBC Good Food recipes (love BBC Good Food ) but I never use the automatic recipe builder - always the manual. First, there are sometimes quantities that are less than perfect for calorie counting - e.g. a knob of butter, 2 carrots or 2 celery sticks in that recipe.

when you click on food, you will see "recipes" on top. Click on that & you can add recipes manually or put in a website & import a recipe. You put in the name of your recipe &You have to type out all the ingredient, ie 2 ounces of milk etc. One ingredient per line. on the bottom you click the" match ingredients" tab to see if it matched 100%
