1 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Instructions. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over medium low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until warm. I recommend whisking frequently. If using honey, stir in after removing milk from heat.
