2. Add sausage to the Dutch oven and brown for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan and blot grease from the sausage.
3. Add cubed pork to the hot Dutch oven and let brown for 10 minutes on medium high heat, stirring every 3 minutes. Remove from Dutch oven.
4. Dice the onion, bell pepper, and celery and add to the Dutch oven with ¼ cup of water. Cook on medium-low for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chicken and cook until no longer pink inside and juices run clear, 5 to 7 minutes more. Add tomatoes, paprika, Creole seasoning, and cayenne pepper; bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add broth to the pot and return to a simmer. Add penne and simmer for 8 minutes. Add shrimp. Continue to simmer, stirring constantly, until pasta is tender but firm to the bite and shrimp are cooked through, about 7 minutes more.
