1. Select the saute function on the Instant Pot. While pot is heating, salt and pepper each side of your chicken thighs. Add oil to the hot pot, then crushed garlic. Cook for 1 minute, now add the chicken. Cook for 1 minute, now add the chicken. Sear chicken on each side for about 2 minutes (no need to cook all the way through).
2. Arrange the artichoke hearts, peppers, and olives around the chicken filling in the gaps on the bottom of the Instant Pot (if there are any). It's okay to let some of those veggies sit on top of the chicken. Top with sliced onion.
3. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, vinegar, lemon, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Pour on top of the chicken/vegetable mixture. Secure the lid.
4. Select the manual function (this may be called "pressure" on certain versions of the Instant Pot). Adjust the time using +- button to 7 minutes (this will cook on high pressure for 7 minutes).

What is the best day to start whole30?

Whole30 is a 30-day (duh) clean-eating plan designed to revamp your eating habits by cutting out certain foods. And yes, we're talking about some foods that are super hard to give up: dairy, sugar, grains, legumes, and alcohol.

What is the whole30 eating plan?

What You Can Eat on Whole30

  1. Vegetables. Eat vegetables — including potatoes! — to your heart’s content.
  2. Fruits. Fruits are allowed, in moderation. Remember that you’re trying to limit your sugar intake during the 30 days.
  3. Unprocessed Meats. Sausage is still okay, but check for added sugar and other off-limit preservatives.
  4. Seafood. Fish and shellfish get the Whole30 nod of approval.
  5. Eggs. Eggs will become your new breakfast bestie.
  6. Nuts and seeds. All nuts and seeds are okay, with one exception: peanuts, because they are a legume.
  7. Oils (some) and ghee. Just say yes to olive oil and coconut oil. Ghee, which is a type of clarified butter, is also allowed.
  8. Coffee. Yes, you can have coffee while on Whole30, but you can’t add any milk products or sugar to lighten it up.

What i ate on whole30?

Sadly no – peanuts and peanut butter are not allowed on Whole30 because they are classified as legumes (legumes are foods from pods). Legumes contain lectins – binding proteins that have potential to cause trouble with our digestion.
